I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. I received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University. Throughout my life I have always had a passion to see individuals living to their fullest potential. Recently I have attained my long term goal and established Country Cottage Mental Health Counseling PLLC in Manorville.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a mental health agency and outpatient clinic, treating adults with many types of diagnoses including:

- Trauma
Prior to my changing careers, I was a teacher for over fifteen years and have extensive experience working with parents and their children/adolescents with challenging behavioral issues.
My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. However, therapy can work in many ways, and I utilize a variety of different theoretical orientations that will fit your individual need. I have also developed a realistic approach that offers you hope and healing.
